Happy Birthday Gift

This is a card and gift that I made for my friend's birthday today! I used the Autumn Spice DSP and Perfect Punches stamp set. For the card, I made the scallop flower with two large scallop old olive pieces run through through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka dot embossing folder. I folded them and attached them together and added a large brad in the center.

For the cards inside the box, I used the Autumn Spice DSP with Perfect Punches.

Autumn Spice Friend Card

Here is simple card with the Autumn Spice DSP and Perfect Punches stamp set. I added a flower from the Boho Blossoms punch with a brad to the my friend curly label. The perfect punches is *the* perfect set for many different occasions and for making quick and easy cards in a snap because each stamp coordinates with a Stampin' Up! punch!

Perfect Christmas Punch

Here are two cards that I made with the Perfect Punches stamp set. I used the Joy at Christmas stamp that coordinates with the scallop punch. For the first card (inspired by this card here) I layered it on the large scallop circle punch and then on a piece of whisper white cardstock that I had embossed with the Poinsettia embossing folder. I used the swirl from Baroque Motifs in wild wasabi for the background and added some early expresso satin ribbon around the card.

For the second card I embossed the soft suede top note in the new Northern Flurry embossing folder and added some snowflakes from the Serene Snowflakes stamp set on the Poppy Parade cardstock. I added some Poppy Parade ribbon around the top note. I stamped the Joy at Christmas stamp on the Poppy Parade with soft suede and then again on very vanilla and punched them out with the scallop and circle punches to create the layers. Sweet and simple!

If you haven't already started, it's time to get going on your Christmas and holiday cards and there is plenty of time to order this and other great Christmas and holiday stamp sets from my store!

Happy Birthday Cards

I took a little break from Halloween projects to make these birthday cards. For the first card I used the Style Beautiful stamp set. I stamped the same image twice in baja breeze and then punched it out with the decorative label punch and sponged the edges and used dimensionals to make the sentiment stand out. I crinkled up a dotted scallop ribbon border and added it down the side and well as some 1/4" circles to mimic brads.

For the second birthday card I used the finial press and perfect polka dots embossing folders with pretty in pink paper and layered them on certainly celery. I added a scallop flower created with two large scallop punches folded and placed together and added a brad to the middle. I used one of my favorite stamp sets, Perfect Punches because it is so easy to punch out the sentiment!! I layered it on some certainly celery cut out with the lots of tags sizzix die.

Printed Petals Card

I love this card by Lori, so I decided to make one of my own. I used the Scallop Square die to create the card within a card. I cut out a flower from the new Printed Petals stamp set. I used the Lots of Tags sizzlits to layer behind the Happy Birthday from the new Perfect Punches stamp set. Then I used the bird punch to create the stem and the wing for the leaf.

Here is what the card looks like on the inside.

Ink: Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzaz, Marina Mist, Early Expresso

Embossed Thank You Card

I'm in love with the new Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. It is so beautiful. I was inspired by this card on SCS. I used the new Marina Mist and layered it with Old Olive and the new In Color, Concord Crush. I used the Perfect Punches Stamp set with the scallop oval punch and layered it on some Concord Crush punched out with the wide oval punch. What is your favorite item from the new catalog?

New Core Colors Card

Here is a card I made to show off all the new core colors! Kraft is now Crumb Cake. I scalloped some Early Expresso, Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, Daffodil Delight, and Marina Mist. I added some Maria Mist taffeta ribbon and a sentiment from the new Perfect Punches Stamp set. I love how all the images in the stamp set can be punched out with one of Stampin' Up!'s great punches!
