Fall Leaf Card

Its October and the weather is finally starting to cool down a little bit here in CA.  We have a late fall here but I still love to decorate and get ready for the holidays!  And I start with stamping cards and making Halloween projects!  This card is from the Holiday Catalog.  I simplified it a bit for my class. I really love the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper.  It's one of my all time favorites!

Falling for Leaves

One of the things I miss about living on the east coast is Fall.  I loved the leaves changing colors, the smells, the crisp air....  But even though I live in California now, I still look forward to Fall.  I think that is why I'm loving the fall stamp sets in the Holiday Catalog - available Sept 5th.  I used a neutral background and non-typical fall colors for this card using the Falling for Leaves stamp set.  Simple but still looks like Fall.  The Falling for Leaves stamp set is perfect for creating thank you cards, birthday cards, and Fall Decor projects! Here is simple card with the Autumn Spice DSP and Perfect Punches stamp set. I added a flower from the Boho Blossoms punch with a brad to the my friend curly label. The perfect punches is *the* perfect set for many different occasions and for making quick and easy cards in a snap because each stamp coordinates with a Stampin' Up! punch!

French Foliage Card

The French Foliage stamp set is perfect for making collages. I loved this card by Ilina. I didn't have the Designer Series Paper so I make my own with the Dot, Dot, Dot and Solid Stripes individual stamps! I also used the rock and roll technique on the leaves to get the varying shades of color. And I love the new designer buttons. The colors are so vibrant they look like candy!
