Style Beautiful Card set with Scalloped Edge Box
I was inspired by Shelli Gardner's project from one of her Workshop of a Lifetime Make-n-Takes and modified it to create these 3x3 cards and made a cute scalloped box to put them in. I used the Style Beautiful stamp set for the cards. 1.26.2009

Box in a Bag
I've seen quite a few of these boxes in a bag and finally got the chance to try one. It was quick and fun to put together. The directions can be found here. I used some Riding Hood Red DSP and some pink pirouette for the base. I stamped the pink pirouette in riding hood red with the Bella Toile background. I added some flowers from the Boho Blossoms Punch and some pink rhinestone brads down the middle. 10.20.2008

Bella Rose Fantasy Box Class
It's been a little while since I made one of these fantasy boxes, but it was just as fun as I remembered! They make such cute gift boxes for chocolate, jewelry, or whatever you can fit into the little boxes! Some of you have mentioned that you'd like me to have a class on the fantasy box, so you'll be happy to know my first fall stamp class will be the fantasy box!
I just love opening the box to show people! It definitely has that "Wow!" factor.

New Catalog Open House
Next, we made a card with the new set, Flight of the Butterfly. I love butterflies! We used a lot of punches for this one: the scallop punch, the 1 3/8", 1 1/4", and 1" circle punches, and the scallop edge punch. We started with pink pirouette and stamped the flower in pink pirouette across the top. Although it looks black in this picture, we used chocolate chip for the layers.
The last project we did was a little chocolate treat holder. We started with a piece of 2 1/4" x 7 1/2" piece of riding hood red cardstock and scored lengthwise at 3", 3 3/4", and 6 3/4".
Then we stamped the for you stamp from Say it with Scallops, the new Ronald McDonald House set and punched it out with the new scallop square punch. We adhered it to a piece of kiwi kiss and then to a 2" square of bella rose dsp.
Next, we punched two holes in the top flap and threaded some of the new kiwi kiss/very vanilla satin ribbon through. It's so soft! We punched the small flower with the Boho Blossoms punch out of some pink pirouette. But the best part of all is the Ghiradelli chocolate squares we tucked into the pouch!
At the party, I announced that I have three classes planned, so stay tuned for more details! Have a great three day weekend!

Peach Jam
Our neighbor has a peach tree and usually asks me to come over and pick some peaches, which I'm always anxious to do because I love peaches. As I'm picking, I sing the song, "millions of peaches, peaches for me...millions of peaches, peaches for free..." Anyway, I decided to try to make some peach jam this year. So I put some in all the baby food jars I've been saving and dressed them up with some Ginger Blossoms dsp to give to the neighbors. I printed out little labels and put them on the side and top of the jar. Yeah for peaches!

Another 3x3 box
I love making these 3x3 boxes! They are just too cute! Nicole featured them as a 3D demo challenge on splitcoast. If you're a demo, join in the fun!
I used the new Dreams du Jour set for these 3x3 cards and box. I just love how it looks with the new Bella Rose dsp. Check out this post for the pattern. Have a fantastic weekend!

Blossoms Abound
I will really miss this beautiful set, Blossoms Abound, when it retires next month. I love two-step stamping and the beautiful effect it has! For this project I made a little mini tote and some 3x3 cards to go with it.

Father's Day Wallet
We made this great wallet gift card at a previous meeting. My upline, Dannie, showed us this project and even posted a video tutorial on her blog! It was fun to make. We used the rough around the edges jumbo wheel and paper pierced to make the cardstock look like leather. Hope you had a fantastic Father's Day with your family!

Makeup Tin
For our monthly challenge project, Dannie gave us these tins that are usually used to put nuggets in with the caveat that we couldn't use it to put nuggets in! So I decided to make it a "On the Go Makeup Tin." I punched some holes in the top with the crop-a-dile and used some chocolate chip wise grosgrain to make a little handle. Then I put some Berry Bliss dsp to line the bottom and some chocolate chip poly-twill ribbon around the sides. I used the Love Birds rub ons on the top and added some on the go makeup! It's ready to put in my purse!
