A Whole Lot of Lovely Card

Now that convention is over I can post all my swap cards!  I was so busy making all the swap cards I signed up to make in some fun organized swaps, that I had no time for posting!  I made this card for the new In Color swap I participated in.  Can you guess what color I had?  Yes!  Cucumber Crush!  I love this bright vibrant green that has been added to our color palette!  It is such a lovely color for Christmas, Spring, flower cards and much more!

In Color Ribbon Sample Pack

Here is a great little gift idea: a ribbon sampler pack! I cut some mat board and wound some In Color ribbon around it fastened with a small pin in the back. I added a top note die and used the Four Frames and Great Friend stamp set with the decorative label punch.

Clearly Simple

I'm continuing the orchid opulence, rich razzleberry, old olive color scheme with some printed window sheets today. I simply punched out different size circles and placed them underneath the dandelions, then scalloped the bottom edge and placed some old olive behind the window sheet. I added "thanks" from a sheet of cardstock run through my Big Shot with the new exclusively Stampin' Up! "Many Thanks" sizzlet. Another simple card.

Happy Birthday Cards

Here is a birthday card that I made with Double-Line Doodles. I got this set when I attended a Stampin' Up! Regional event in Reno last year. I didn't care for it much at first, but of course as most stamp sets do, it really grew on me and I love it now! I used the new In Colors of soft sky, river rock, and groovy guava.

Here is the same card with the colors all switched up. I love the matching In Color double-stitched ribbon! It goes so well with all the In Color colors!
