Reason for the Season Christmas card

I love poinsettias!!  And I love how I can layer different colors on top of each other to color in the poinsettia in the Reason for the Season stamp set!  I added lots of layers to this card with the Fancy Foil Vellum, Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper, burlap ribbon and Lots of Labels Framelits!

I added some Real Red Pom Pom trim and some Real Red striped ribbon as well!

Poinsettia Pillow Boxes

The pillow box is a great die to make all kinds of great gift boxes!  Make long Pillow Boxes by cutting out two boxes (with only one end) and inserting one into the other.  Use a belly band to cover to middle.  I added a poinsettia with the Festive Flower Punch!

Poinsettia Card

I've been seeing this beautiful poinsettia made the leaf from the French Foliage stamp set in the Holiday Mini catalog and had some time yesterday to sit down and make one. I stamped the leaf in Riding Hood Red and then rolled it in Cherry Cobbler. Then I stamped versamark on top and embossed the leafs with iridescent ice embossing powder. I cut out all the leaves and adhered them to a circle base and added a pearl in the middle. I used the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder for the background and wrapped the card like a present with the Always Artichoke seam binding from the Holiday Mini Catalog.

Don't wait, only two more weeks left to order from the Holiday Mini Catalog!
