Teacher Apprecation Gifts

Well this week I caught a bad cold and my head is so stuffed up I feel like it is going to explode! I can't take very many medicines since I'm still nursing, so I just have to tough it out and lay in bed all day while my play peacefully on the other side of the house. Ha! Life goes on even when you're sick, eh?

I did manage to sit down last night and make some teacher appreciation gifts and cards since today is the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week. I chose a monochromatic scheme of soft sky for my oldest's teacher and barely banana for my kindergartner's teacher. I embossed the heart and thank you saying from Simply Said in white and added some ribbon.

I also made these cute little post it note keychains that I saw on Angie's blog chick n' scratch. She has a great tutorial on how to make them. I personalized them by stamping a letter from Lovely letters on the front. I love monogramed gifts!

I decided to make one of them a little different and used my current favorite set, Live Your Dream. Have a great weekend everyone!
