Easter Egg Basket Card

I popped by my friend's house this morning and she and another friend were making the cutest Easter egg cards that inspired me to make this card. They had punched out cute little eggs with the wide oval punch out of the Razzleberry Lemonade DSP.

For my card, I wanted to make a basket for the eggs, so I used a texture plate and the Scallop Envelope die and cut off the top and bottom flap to create the basket. I stamped Happy Easter with the set from the Occasions Mini Catalog and punched it out with the designer label punch. Then I layered it with the Matchbox die label.

Wings of Friendship Card

This is the second swap card I made for the Stampin' Up! Regional that I went to last Saturday. I hadn't used the Wings of Friendship yet, so I decided to give it a try with some brilliant blue, old olive, and crushed curry. I used markers to color the bird on the vine with the flowers and then I stamped the sentiments and punched it out with the large oval punch and layered it on the scalloped oval punch. I used some crushed curry polka-dot grosgrain ribbon across the bottom.

Trendy Tree Card

I was busy making swap cards for the Stampin' Up! Regional that I attended on Saturday and this is the first design that I made with the Trendy Trees stamp set. I used the Sweet Pea DSP pack as well. I don't normally use these colors so it was fun to try some new colors!

Easter Spring MIni Milk Carton Double Carrier

I created this little double mini milk carton carrier basket for my stamp club last night. It's quick and easy to make! I started with a 4-1/4" x 6" pie of certainly celery and scored it at 1-1/4 on each side. I used a piece of 1/2" x 11" of cardstock for the handle. I used each stamp from the Eggcoutrement stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog to embellish the basket and mini milk cartons.

Ink: Certainly Celery, So Saffron, Regal Rose
