Valentines Sheltering Tree

The Sheltering tree is one of my favorite stamp sets from the new Occasions catalog.  It is so versatile.  Great for any season or occasion.  I made this Valentines one by adding some hearts from the heart border punch.  I also used the Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper that you can ear for free with any $50 merchandise order.  I used a sponge dauber to rub bake brown sugar all over the polka dot embossed Irresistibly Yours paper and blushing bride on the flower embossed paper.

Sheltering Tree Thank You Card

I needed to make some quick and simple thank you cards to give as gifts to my children's teachers so I used some of my new goodies from the upcoming Occasions Catalog!  This tree is going to be a big hit!  I can see so many possibilities for using it!  For now though it is just a quiet tree with a nice swing.
