Try the white wash technique with the flowers from the Band Together stamp set, whisper white ink, Sahara Sand card stock, and an aqua painter.  Stamp the flowers in Soft Suede and then use a little bit of whisper white ink and an aqua painter to paint the flowers.  It's that simple!
