Dear Doily Polished Stone Card

The emboss resist technique is fun to use of glossy paper.  I added a polished stone technique as well.   To create this look start by clear embossing your glossy card stock paper with a design.  Then heat set and allow to cool.  It can be tricky to see, but make sure that every little bit of clear or white embossing powder is melted!

Next use a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol with five drops of mint macaron ink and one drop of fresh fig (use less of the darker color) and dab all over your glossy card stock.  Keep dabbing until the whole piece of card stock is covered.  Allow to dry (a few minutes) and then wipe clean with a paper towel to reveal your embossed design!  Enjoy this fun technique!

Here are the supplies I used to create this project!  Place your order online using hostess code P3CSAGQ2 and you'll receive a free gift in the mail from me! (Make sure that you do not have "no contact" selected from previous online orders or I will not be able to send your gift).
