Here are some fun little treats I made using the Scallop Tag Topper! Fun and easy to make, perfect for Spring! I used a piece of 2" x 8'1/2" card stock and scored at 4" and 4-1/2". Then I used the Designer Frames embossing folders and oval punch to create the oval. I used the Scalloped Tag Topper punch for the tops and a retired slot punch to slide the ribbon through.

Very cute, but I will have to alter the pattern to fit my stock of punches and such. Thanks for the great idea!
