I love seeing all the wonderful cards using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I used the lovely So Very Grateful stamp set to creation my own card.
To create the card, simply fold your card in half without creasing the fold line and insert the entire side into the punch. Cut away the excess card stock on either side of where the card stock was punched and then fold one side down and score at 4-1/4" away from that side.
