My wonderful friend and neighbor Donna gave me the supplies to make this cute Snowman Bag! It's simply a white bag with the top trimmed in the shape of a half circle using a dish and then folded down. I added a hat with some dsp from Merry Moments and a scallop circle with a snowflake. The leaves are from the little leaves sizzlit.
