Sympathy Card

I made this card for a friend whose father passed away last week. Although I tried to add some ribbon, I decided to keep this card simple. I used brocade blue, so safron and always artichoke. I stamped my new En Francois background stamp with brocade blue and then used my watercolor crayons to color on the stamp, then spritzed it with some water to give it a watercolor effect. The only extra I did was add some dimensionals.

Beautiful card Elaine. I like the simplicity. Sorry for the reason why you needed to make it. It is lovely though. :)

So pretty yet very fitting for the sad occasion. I always have a hard time with sympathy cards.
