Happy Birthday! My favorite present birthday present, hmmmmm - probably my first big two wheeler bike!
my 37th birthday-I got a husband :)
I love this tree and card! So cute! My best birthday gift was a suprise 50th party, that my daughter had for me. She had a penpal(that I had been writing for 30 yrs) fly in from Kansas for the party @ her expense. She also had another penpal come in from Maryland. I had never met either of these penpals. What a wonderful time we had! She took care of all the arrangements. A party I will never forget! The best birthday gift I ever got! I hope all your birthday wishes come true.

I love the tree and card as well. My birthday is 8 days before Christmas so at Christmas time, I usually got a bigger gift to make up for the fact that my birthday was close to Christmas. I rarely had a birthday party like my brothers and sisters or a birthday cake. The best birthday present I ever had was when I turned 60. My youngest daughter and her friend contacted all my co-workers, my family and friends and told them that she was throwing me a surprise birthday party. Now, it's very hard to access my address book in my outlook, but she managed to get all the names she needed by contacting certain friends, who helped her get the invitation out. On the day of my birthday, she said that she wanted to take me to a movie and out to dinner to celebrate and that it was to be the two of us only. After the movie, we went across the street to Barney's Pizza and Grill where they serve great pizza and Italian food. As I walked up the sidewalk to the door, there was a colored chalk drawing with a message that said "Happy 60th Birthday to a Wonderful Mom and a Sweet Friend from Your Family and Friends!" I was really surprised and cried for about 20 minutes because I was so happy. This daughter who doesn't cook, made me the greatest birthday cake with the help of her friend. and this was the BEST birthday I have ever had. When I turned 40, and my husband tried to surprise me with a party, he couldn't do it without my help. My daughter did an awesome job and pulled it off!
