Dandelion Wishes

The Dandelion Wishes stamp set reminds me of when I was a kid and I would pick dandelions in the summer and spread the wonderful seeds everywhere when I blew on them.   I have fond memories of playing outside all day with my friends all summer long.  Now I have to coax, cajole and kick my kids outside during the summer because they would rather be watching some kinds of screen.  Sheesh.

Back to the card - I used the Bokeh Dots stamp set as a mini background for the dandelion.  I used a sponge dauber to ink up the stamp to preserve the delicateness of bokeh. Using the Bokeh background stamp is a quick way to add some Wow to our card!

Tea Time!

Accented Blooms Stamp Set

I enjoyed making this quick card with the Accented Blooms stamp set and the Wood Textured Designer Series Paper.  I used the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper to create a quick stunning wood background.  I highlighted and colored the flowers and leaves with the Blends markers, and then fussy cut the flowers.  I love that the Accented Blooms stamp set coordinates perfectly with the Truly Tailored punch!  Together the Accented Blooms stamp set and Truly Tailored punch are great for creating quick and stunning cards!
